The Airston Group is building 39 single-family homes on lots a third of an acre in size at Lake Manassas in Gainesville, where residents can enjoy a gated community with a clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts, walking trails and stocked ponds.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include three sides of brick or Hardiplank siding with a brick water table, brick stoop and brick walkway, a covered entry, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

The homes have from 2,873 to 4,156 finished square feet, with base prices from $498,900 to $639,900.

The Rutledge model, with 3,736 square feet, is base-priced from $519,900 to $529,900. This home features a foyer flanked by formal dining and living rooms, a staircase set into a deep bay window on one side of the home and a library.

Upstairs, the master suite has a sitting room, two walk-in closets and a bath.
