Patriot Homes is building 25 Colonial-style single-family homes on quarter-acre sites at Westin in Upper Marlboro, where residents can enjoy jogging paths, an open play area, and a location near the Prince George’s Sports Complex.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a poured-concrete foundation with a brick pattern, 5-inch vinyl siding, a sodded lawn, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all 20 models feature four bedrooms; 2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; cathedral ceilings on the upper level; a first-floor library or den; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with ceramic tile flooring, a tub and separate shower; and a three-piece rough-in for a lower-level bath.

The homes have 2,317 to 3,254 finished square feet, with base prices from $351,900 to $395,900.

The Independence model, with 3,120 square feet, is priced from $395,900. This home features a covered front porch with columns leading into a two-story foyer.

At the rear of the home are a powder room, a corner library with a double-door entrance, and a two-level family room with windows on three sides, a fireplace, and optional columns. Upstairs, the master suite has a double-door entrance, a double-size walk-in closet and a bath with a large tub, a separate shower and a double-sink vanity. Three more bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet, and another full bath complete this level.
