Brookfield Homes is building 39 town homes with three finished levels at Aspen Hill in Annandale, where residents can enjoy a playground and tot lot, and a walking trail connected to Indian Run Valley Park.

Each home in this Fairfax County community will include a brick front, maintenance-free 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a sodded lawn, a fenced yard and a two-car garage. Stone fronts and metal roofs are optional.

Inside, all three models feature three or four bedrooms; 2 baths; hardwood flooring on the entire main level; crown moldings; a gas fireplace with a marble or granite hearth; oak stairs with oak railings; recessed lighting; 42-inch maple or oak cabinets and Corian counters in the kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; ceramic tile flooring and tub and shower surrounds in all baths; a rough-in for a full bath in the basement; a high-tech wiring package; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have from 2,400 to 2,950 finished square feet, with base prices from $453,990 to $493,990.

The Irving model, with 2,450 to 2,950 square feet, is priced from $493,990. This home features an open living and dining room, a butler’s pantry and regular pantry leading into the center-island kitchen, and a great room with a corner fireplace. The lower level has a recreation room, a laundry room and an optional corner bath.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a bath with a corner tub, a separate shower and two separate sinks. Two more bedrooms and another full bath complete this level.
