The Churchill Group is building 39 single-family homes at Catawba Manor in Clarksburg, where residents can enjoy a private central park, walking trails, a gazebo and a grape arbor.

Each home in this Montgomery County community will include low-maintenance vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a sodded lawn and a two-car garage. Brick and stone fronts are optional.

Inside, all five models feature three to five bedrooms; 2 to 5 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; oak stairs; a gas fireplace; 42-inch raised-panel oak cabinets in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; ceramic tile flooring in all baths; a high-tech wiring package; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have from 2,270 to 3,590 finished square feet, with base prices from $450,990 to $524,990.

The Chancellor model, with 3,590 square feet, is priced from $524,990. This home features a gracious foyer flanked by a spacious formal dining room and a living room with columns. The main level also includes a pantry, an optional wet bar, a center-island kitchen with a breakfast bar next to the morning room, and a family room with decorative columns. A corner sunroom, a library and a powder room complete this level.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room, two walk-in closets and a bath with a tub, a separate shower and two separate sinks. Three more bedrooms, a laundry room and another full bath complete this level.

This model can be altered with a main-level in-law suite, a third bath on the second level, and a finished loft.
