NVHomes is building 29 single-family homes on half-acre homesites in the first phase at Beechtree in Upper Marlboro, where residents can enjoy a golf course, a 30-acre lake, a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a fitness center, parks and trails.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, a brick stoop, beaded 61/2-inch vinyl siding, a sodded lawn, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Three-car and side-entry garages are optional.
