Beazer Homes is building 67 town homes at Faulkner’s Landing in Ashburn, where residents can enjoy a walking trail with two exercise areas, as well as tot lots.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick front with additional architectural detailing, low-maintenance 61/2-inch beaded vinyl siding, a sodded lawn with a privacy fence and a two-car garage.

Inside, both models feature three bedrooms, 21/2 baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer, crown and chair-rail moldings, a gas fireplace in the recreation room, 42-inch oak cabinets and recessed lighting in the kitchen, ceramic-tile flooring and tub and shower surrounds, a master bath with a tub and separate shower, a three-piece plumbing rough-in on the lower level, structured wiring, and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 1,976 to 2,227 finished square feet, with base prices from $428,990 to $479,990.

The Fenwicke model, with 2,227 square feet, is priced from $479,990. This home features a foyer entrance on the lower level.

The second level includes an open family room and eat-in kitchen with multiple windows across the front of the home, with a formal dining room in the center of this level. A few stairs lead up to the living room, which has a wooden rail and a wall of windows at the back of the house, including a sliding glass door.

Upstairs, the master suite has an optional volume ceiling; a triple window; a walk-in closet; and a bath with a corner tub, a separate shower and a dual-sink vanity.
