Christopher Cos. is building 85 single-family homes at Briarwood Trace in Fairfax, where residents can enjoy open space, a park and a location within walking distance of the Vienna Metro station.

Each home in this Fairfax County community will include a brick front or other brick exterior features, beaded vinyl siding, privacy fencing and a two-car garage.
