Patriot Homes is building 37 single-family houses on half-acre homesites at Wallace Estates in Upper Marlboro, where residents can enjoy a location near the Marlton golf course.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include vinyl siding, poured-concrete foundation walls with a brick pattern, a seeded or sodded lawn and a two-car garage. Brick fronts are optional.

Inside, all 13 models feature four bedrooms; 21/2 baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, 42-inch oak cabinets in the center-island kitchen, ceramic-tile flooring and tub and shower surrounds, a master bath with a tub and separate shower, a volume ceiling in the master bedroom, a three-piece plumbing rough-in, and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,397 to 4,744 finished square feet, with base prices from $456,900 to $603,900.

The James Monroe model, with about 3,250 square feet, is priced from $506,900. This home features a two-story foyer, a formal living room with a knee wall and columns, a formal dining room with an optional bay window, a step-down family room with an optional fireplace, and a corner study with an adjacent powder room. The breakfast area opens to the center-island kitchen, which has a nearby walk-in pantry. The laundry room can be moved to this level, if desired.

Upstairs, the master suite has a sitting area; a tray ceiling; a large walk-in closet; and a bath with a tub, a separate shower and two separate sinks.
