Ryan Homes is building 58 single-family homes on sites of up to 1/3 acre at Beechtree in Upper Marlboro, where planned amenities include a golf course, a 30-acre lake, more than 600 acres of open space, a swimming pool, tennis courts, a clubhouse and walking trails.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, a brick stoop and steps, beaded vinyl siding and a two-car garage.

Inside, all 10 models feature four or five bedrooms; two or three full baths and one half bath; hardwood or ceramic-tile flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace with a marble mantel; Corian counters and upgraded appliances in the center-island kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring in the kitchen, baths and laundry room; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; and a three-piece plumbing rough-in on the lower level.

The homes have 2,249 to 4,948 finished square feet, with base prices from $509,900 to $710,900.

The Highgrove model, with 3,576 square feet, is priced from $620,900. This home features a two-story foyer with a flared staircase, a two-story family room, a formal living room, a formal dining room, a study, a breakfast area off the center-island kitchen and a laundry room linked to the garage.

Upstairs, the master suite has a tray ceiling; two walk-in closets; and a bath with a tub, a separate shower and two sinks. Two more bedrooms share a connecting bath, and the fourth bedroom has a private bath.
