Brookfield Homes is building 32 single-family homes on half-acre lots in the first section at the Village of Waxpool in Ashburn, where residents can enjoy tree-lined streets and large private homesites.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick stoop, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car side-entry garage. Three-car garages are optional.

Inside, all six models feature four to seven bedrooms; two to five full baths and one or two half baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer, powder room and kitchen; 9- and 10-foot ceilings on all three levels; a tray ceiling in the master bedroom; crown and chair-rail moldings; oak stairs; a gas fireplace with a marble surround; ceramic-tile flooring in all baths; 42-inch oak cabinets and Corian counters in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with two vanity sinks, a tub and separate shower; a multimedia wiring package; a three-piece basement plumbing rough-in; and gas heat and hot water.

The Halley model, with 3,292 square feet, is priced from $839,990. This home features two front porches; a two-story foyer with a barrel vault entrance into the open family room, which has two walls of windows; a formal living room; a formal dining room; an open center-island kitchen with a built-in desk; and a separate breakfast room with angled windows on three sides.
