Centex Homes is building 144 garage town homes with three finished levels at the Glen at Hidden Creek in Gaithersburg, where residents can enjoy a location close to shops, restaurants and entertainment.

Each home in this Montgomery County community will include a brick front; six-inch beaded vinyl siding; professional landscaping; a sodded lawn; and a two-car garage, either detached or attached with a rear entry.

Inside, all four models feature three bedrooms; two full baths and one or two half baths; ceramic tile flooring in the foyer; volume ceilings on all three levels; 42-inch oak cabinets, a pantry and recessed lighting in the kitchen; ceramic tile flooring and tub and shower surrounds; an advanced multimedia wiring package; a basement bath rough-in; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 1,852 to 2,564 finished square feet, with base prices from the mid- to upper $400,000s.

The Clifton model, with 2,564 square feet, has a detached two-car garage. This home features a lower-level entrance foyer with a living room, laundry room and recreation room on the lower level, along with storage rooms.

The first floor has a covered front porch off the center-island kitchen, a powder room and a great room with a fireplace at the back of the house.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a bath with a tub, a separate shower and two sinks. Two more bedrooms share a hall bath with a double-sink vanity.
