Washington Homes is building 11 Colonial-style single-family homes on 7,000- to 10,000-square-foot homesites at Robinswood in Brandywine.

Designed to be what the builder calls “express homes,” each has preselected optional features so the homes will be ready for earlier move-in dates.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a sodded lawn and a two-car garage. Some homes include a brick front.

Inside, all four models feature four bedrooms, two or three full baths and one half bath, hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, 42-inch cabinets in the center-island kitchen, and a master bath with a tub and separate shower.

The homes have 2,287 to 2,903 finished square feet, with base prices from $427,990 to $503,015.

The Oxford model, with 2,666 square feet, is priced from $488,955. This home features a brick front, a front porch, a two-story foyer open to the two-story living room, a formal dining room, a central staircase, a powder room and a library. Across the back of this home are an open kitchen, breakfast area and family room, along with a sunroom with a cathedral ceiling.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room with a cathedral ceiling; a walk-in closet; a walk-in linen closet; and a bath with a tub, a separate shower and a double-sink vanity.

Three more bedrooms, a full bath with a double-sink vanity and a laundry room complete this level.

Preselected options include finished lower levels with a recreation room, den and bath; vaulted ceilings; sunrooms; and gas fireplaces.
