Engle Homes is building 184 town-home-style condominiums at the Parks at Piedmont in Haymarket, where residents can enjoy a swimming pool, fitness center, children’s recreation area, party and meeting room, and office facility.

The homes are built tandem-style, with two units connected along one wall.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include vinyl siding with a 50-year warranty, a shingle roof with a 30-year warranty, a concrete front walk, a concrete driveway and a one-car garage.

The Linden model, with four floors and 1,775 square feet, is priced from $380,990. This home features a lower-level foyer, garage, powder room and storage room.

The second level has an open living and dining area with a gas fireplace, with a utility room and storage adjacent to the kitchen.

The third level is devoted to the master suite, with a walk-in closet and a bath, plus a laundry room.

The fourth level has an open loft area, a full bath and two more bedrooms.
