Last night at Comcast Center

Can there be one in a rout? Forward Nik Caner-Medley’s steal of an inbounds pass and off-balance layup despite a foul resulted in an impressive 3-point play.

“It’s time to go. Once you get into January, you won’t have as many easy games. It’s time to put our puzzles together.”

— Terps guard Chris McCray

FAN FAVORITE: Center Will Bowers continues to be the fan favorite, drawing cheers for every contribution. Bowers has improved tremendously this season as a rebounder and passer.

GRINNON TIME AGAIN: Forward Mike Grinnon returned after missing a game because of oral surgery.

LET’S HEAR IT: The loudest cheer of the night was for 11 soldiers recovering at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center from wounds suffered in Iraq who were seated behind the Terps basket.
