McDaniels Homes is building 17 single-family homes on quarter-acre to half-acre lots at Woodside Estates in Fort Washington, where residewnts can enjoy a swimming pool, a recreation center and walking trails.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, brick-and-concrete front stoop, maintenance-free vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a sodded lawn and a two-car garage.

Inside, all four models feature four bedrooms, two or three full baths and one half bath, hardwood flooring in the foyer, 9-foot ceilings on the main and lower levels, crown and chair-rail moldings, a gas fireplace, 42-inch oak cabinets and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen, ceramic-tile flooring in the full baths, a master bath with a tub and separate shower, a security system, high-tech wiring, and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 3,200 to 3,700 finished square feet, with base prices from $499,990 to $532,990.

The St. Louis II model, with 3,200 square feet, is priced from $499,990. This home features a two-story foyer, a library, and a living room and formal dining room separated by decorative columns. The center-island kitchen includes a walk-in pantry, a built-in desk and a breakfast area.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room; two walk-in closets; and a bath with a tub, a separate shower and two sinks. Three more bedrooms share a hall bath.
