Richmond American Homes is building 95 Colonial-style single-family homes at Hunt Chase at Westmarket in Haymarket, built on lots of 10,000 to 14,000 square feet.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include a brick front, a brick stoop, low-maintenance vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Three-car garages are optional.

Inside, all six models feature four bedrooms; two or 31/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the two-story foyers; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; Colonial-style trim; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets and a pantry in the center-island kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring and tub and shower surrounds in all baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a plumbing rough-in for the basement; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 3,060 to 3,694 finished square feet, with base prices from $453,990 to $498,990.

The Middleburg model, with 3,308 square feet, is priced from $475,990. This home features a two-story foyer flanked by the living room and dining room, each of which can be accessorized with a tray ceiling and decorative columns. Across the rear of the home are a powder room, a library with a double-door entrance, an octagonal family room with multiple windows, a fireplace and an optional beamed ceiling, an open breakfast area and center-island kitchen and a mudroom/laundry room leading into the garage.

The master suite, three other bedrooms and second full bath complete the upper level.
