Bozzuto Homes is building 107 condominium homes at the Villas at River Hill in Columbia within walking distance of the River Hill Village Center and the recreational amenities of the Columbia Association, including swimming, tennis and a fitness center.

Each midrise, Georgian-style building in this Howard County community will be built mostly of brick, with professional landscaping, elevators and controlled-access lobbies. Garages are optional, priced from $18,000 to $22,000 for internal garages and $15,000 to $16,500 for detached garages.

Inside, all six models feature two or three bedrooms; two or three baths; a balcony or patio; ceramic-tile flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings; 6-foot maintenance-free vinyl windows; crown and chair-rail moldings; 42-inch oak cabinets, a pantry and gas cooking in the kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring and tub and shower surrounds in all baths; a high-tech wiring package; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 1,388 to 2,727 finished square feet, with base prices from $234,990 to $439,990.

The Banneker model, with 1,491 square feet, is priced from $269,990. This home features a laundry room and closet off the foyer, which leads into a central living room and is partially open to the dining room, which has windows on two sides. Sliding glass doors lead from the living room to the deck. The kitchen includes a breakfast area with a wall of windows.

This home also has a master suite with a walk-in closet, a second closet and a private bath with a double-sink vanity. A second bedroom and full hall bath are on the opposite side of the living room.
