Ryan Homes is building 129 single-family homes at Parks at Piedmont in Gainesville, where planned resort-style recreational amenities include a golf course, a swimming pool, walking trails, a playground, tennis courts, a fitness center and a business center.

Each home in this Prince William County community will be built on a 6,000-square-foot lot and include beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a post lamp and a rear two-car garage.

Inside, all six models feature three or four bedrooms, 21/2 baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, crown and chair-rail moldings, a fireplace, 42-inch cabinets in the kitchen, and a master bath with a tub and separate shower.

The homes have 1,904 to 2,552 finished square feet, with base prices from $399,990 to $444,990.

The Barrington model, with 2,139 square feet, is priced from $414,990. This home features a two-story foyer with a powder room and closet along with a side staircase to the upper level.

On one side of the foyer is the dining room, which has two front windows, while on the opposite side is the formal living room or optional study. At the back of the home is the family room, which has a fireplace and multiple windows and opens onto the breakfast area and kitchen.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet, a standard closet, and a bath with a tub and a double-sink vanity. Three more bedrooms and another full bath complete this level.
