Patriot Homes is building 30 town homes at Willow Brook in Frederick, where residents can enjoy a location close to historic downtown Frederick and a variety of parks and country clubs.

For a limited time, the homes will each include a finished lower level.

Each home in this Frederick County community will include vinyl siding in a choice of colors, poured-concrete foundation walls with a brick pattern — painted to match the siding — and professional landscaping.

Inside, each home features three bedrooms; two baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; oak hand rails stained to match the hardwood floor; oak cabinets, a pantry and laminate counters in a choice of colors in the kitchen; ceramic-tile tub and shower surrounds; a security system; a plumbing rough-in on the lower level; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 1,408 finished square feet, with base prices from $217,900 to $259,900.

The Lexington 22 model features a foyer entrance, which leads onto the open living room and dining room. Columns are used to define the dining area. At the back of the home is the kitchen and breakfast area, which can be modified with an island, a desk and a laundry closet. A sliding glass door leads to the back yard.

Upstairs, the master suite has an optional vaulted ceiling, a wall of closets and a private bath. Two more bedrooms and another full bath complete this level. Alternate floor plans offer a loft instead of the third bedroom and a bath and walk-in closet in the master bedroom.

The lower level includes a recreation room, den and laundry room.
