Ryland Homes is building 103 town houses with two-car garages at the Enclave at River Oaks in Edgewater, Md., where residents can enjoy a private swimming pool and clubhouse. Each home will have a private deck.

Each home in this Anne Arundel County community also will have a brick front, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a paved stone driveway and a two-car garage.

Inside, all three models feature three finished levels with three bedrooms, 2 baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, 42-inch raised-panel cabinets in the kitchen, ceramic-tile tub and shower surrounds, and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,100 to 2,800 finished square feet, with base prices from $307,990 to $348,990.

The Edinburgh model, with 2,400 to 2,800 finished square feet, is priced from $342,990 to $348,990. This home features a lower-level entrance into a foyer, with stairs leading to the recreation room and adjacent laundry room. A sunroom and full bath can be added to this level.

The main level includes a foyer leading into an open living room and dining room, a powder room, an angled family room and a breakfast area off the kitchen. The breakfast nook can be expanded with a room extension or a sunroom addition.

Upstairs, the master suite has a generous walk-in closet; an optional cathedral ceiling; and a bath with a corner tub, separate shower and double-sink vanity. A master-suite sitting room can be added if the sunroom addition is chosen. Two more bedrooms and another full bath complete this level.
