Brookfield Homes is building 54 of its executive series single-family homes at River Oaks at Lansdowne on the Potomac, where residents can enjoy a complete array of recreational amenities.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will be built on a third-acre lot and include a brick front, a brick stoop, maintenance-free 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. A three- or four-car garage is optional, along with a painted brick-and-stone facade.
