Winchester Homes is building 133 garage town homes at the Greens at South Village in South Riding, where residents can enjoy a golf course, a village green, lighted tennis courts, walking paths, swimming pools and an on-site shopping center with restaurants.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick front, a brick stoop, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, both models feature two or three bedrooms; 21/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer, kitchen and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; a gas fireplace in the finished lower level; 42-inch maple cabinets and Corian counters in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with ceramic-tile flooring, a double-sink vanity, a tub and separate shower; a high-tech wiring package; a home security system; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,275 finished square feet in the Capital Series, with base prices from $390,000 to $405,000. The Liberty Series has base prices from $405,000 to $420,000 and 2,305 finished square feet.

Liberty Series buyers can choose among several main-level floor plans with a front, rear or middle kitchen and a variety of placements for the family, living and dining rooms.

Capital Series buyers can choose between a country kitchen in the rear and a living room in the front, or a middle kitchen with a dining room and family room in the rear and the living room in the front.
