NVP Inc. is building 15 single-family homes on 2- to 5-acre lots at the Reserve at Hunters Ridge in Woodbridge, where residents can enjoy wooded homesites near the Prince William Parkway and Route 28.

Each home in this Prince William community will include a brick front, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all three models feature three or four bedrooms; 2 or 31/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer, living room, dining room and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; oak stairs and rails; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch wood cabinets in the kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring in all baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; pre-wiring for a security system; a structured wiring package; and gas heat.

The homes have about 2,500 to 4,000 finished square feet, with base prices from $629,900 to $734,900.

The Hamilton II model, with 3,800 square feet, is priced from $734,900 and can be expanded to nearly 4,800 square feet.

This home features a two-story foyer with a central staircase, a formal living room and a formal dining room. The library includes double doors into the living room and the hall, and the two-story family room has a fireplace and glass doors to the back yard. The adjacent breakfast nook has a bay window and opens onto the center-island kitchen, which has a desk, a walk-in pantry and access to the laundry room.
