Washington Homes is building 132 single-family houses on 3/4-acre to 1-acre homesites at Woodmore Estates in Bowie, where residents can enjoy a location near Bowie Towne Center, Watkins Park and the Bowie Recreation Center. The builder is offering $10,000 in closing costs.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, low-maintenance 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two- or three-car side-entry garage.

Inside, six models feature four bedrooms, three to 41/2 baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer and kitchen, 9-foot ceilings on the main and upper levels, crown and chair-rail moldings, a gas fireplace, Corian counters in the center-island kitchen, ceramic-tile flooring in all baths, a master bath, a high-tech wiring package, a security system, and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 3,525 to 5,403 finished square feet, with base prices from $565,990 to $734,990.

The Ridgley model, with 3,525 square feet, is priced from $565,990.

This home features a two-story foyer flanked by the formal dining room and the formal living room. Across the back of the home are a powder room, a library and a two-story family room with a fireplace. The adjacent center-island kitchen and breakfast area include a desk and a butler’s pantry leading to a walk-in pantry.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room, two walk-in closets and a bath. Three more bedrooms, each with a connecting or private full bath, complete this level.
