Winchester Homes is building 313 town homes at FairCrest in Centreville, where residents can enjoy a clubhouse with a swimming pool, tennis courts, a 25-acre park, paved walking trails and tot lots.

Each home in the Victory Series at this Fairfax County community will include a brick front, professional landscaping and a one- or two-car garage.

Inside, both end-unit and interior models feature two or three bedrooms; 31/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer, kitchen and powder room; a finished lower-level recreation room with a full bath; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; a deluxe interior trim package with six-panel doors; a gas fireplace; vaulted and cathedral ceilings in the bedrooms; 42-inch cabinets in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with ceramic-tile flooring, a tub and separate shower; a high-tech wiring package; a home security system; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 1,850 to 1,900 finished square feet, with base prices from $435,000 to $452,000.

The Victory Series homes offer choices of floor plans on all three levels.

The upper level can include three bedrooms with two full baths, including a walk-in closet and a master bath with a tub, separate shower and double-sink vanity. Or buyers can opt for a two-bedroom version with two master suites. Either design can be expanded with a sitting room or a super master bath.

The lower level has a recreation room, a laundry room and a full bath and can be expanded.
