Ryan Homes is building 90 Colonial-style single-family houses on wooded 3/4-acre to 1-acre lots at Steeds Glen in Fort Washington, where residents can enjoy a location near the planned National Harbor development.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, a brick stoop, an upgraded front door with brass trim, a post light, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Three-car and side-entry garages are optional.

The Highgrove model, with 3,576 square feet, is priced from $557,900. This home features an open floor plan with a two-story foyer, a split staircase, a formal living room, a formal dining room, a powder room, a corner study and a two-story family room with a fireplace flanked by windows.
