Ryan Homes is building 90 Colonial-style single-family houses on wooded 3/4-acre to 1-acre lots at Steeds Glen in Fort Washington, where residents can enjoy a location near the planned National Harbor development.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, a brick stoop, an upgraded front door with brass trim, a post light, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Three-car and side-entry garages are optional.

Inside, all six models feature four bedrooms; 2 or 3 baths; hardwood or ceramic-tile flooring in the foyer, kitchen, powder room and laundry room; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings and upgraded trim; a gas fireplace with a marble surround; 42-inch cabinets, upgraded appliances and Corian counters in the center-island kitchen; ceramic-tile tub and shower surrounds in all baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; and a security system.

The homes have 2,632 to 3,893 finished square feet, with base prices from $501,900 to $576,900.

The Highgrove model, with 3,576 square feet, is priced from $557,900. This home features an open floor plan with a two-story foyer, a split staircase, a formal living room, a formal dining room, a powder room, a corner study and a two-story family room with a fireplace flanked by windows.

Next to the family room is the breakfast area; a butler’s pantry; and the center-island kitchen, which includes a walk-in pantry and access to the laundry room and garage.
