Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick, stone or brick-and-stone front, a brick or stone stoop, 6-inch Hardiplank siding, professional landscaping, a rear-yard fence, a courtyard patio and a two-car garage.

Inside, all three models feature three finished levels with four bedrooms; 31/2 baths; oak stairs; hardwood flooring in the foyer, family room, kitchen and breakfast area and powder room; 9- or 10-foot ceilings on all levels; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets and Corian counters in the center-island kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring in all full baths; a coffered ceiling in the master bedroom; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a high-tech wiring package; a finished lower level with a recreation room, tech center and full bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 3,800 to 4,400 finished square feet, with base prices from the low to upper $600,000s.

The Somerset model, an end unit with 4,400 square feet, is priced from the upper $600,000s. This home features a two-story foyer; a living room; a library; a formal dining room; and a family room open to the kitchen and breakfast area, which has a door to the courtyard patio.
