McDaniels Homes is building 20 single-family houses on quarter-acre to third-acre lots at Potomac Ridge in Fort Washington, where residents can enjoy hiking and biking trails and a location within a mile of the Potomac River and the National Harbor site. The builder is offering a $10,000 incentive program.

Each house in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all six models feature four bedrooms; two or 31/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main and lower levels; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch oak cabinets, pendant lighting and white appliances in the center-island kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring and tub and shower surrounds; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a security system; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,699 to 3,577 finished square feet, with base prices from $483,490 to $532,490.

The Saint Louis II model, with 3,154 square feet, is priced from $501,490. This home features a two-story foyer, a library, and a living room and formal dining room defined by columns. The center-island kitchen and breakfast area includes a pantry, a desk, and a step-down to a family room with a wall of windows and a cathedral ceiling. The main level also includes a laundry room, a powder room and a large closet.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room; two walk-in closets; and a bath with a tub, a separate shower and two separate sinks. Three more bedrooms and another full bath complete this level.
