Basheer & Edgemoore is building 52 single-family homes on half-acre sites at the Estates at West Goose Creek in Lansdowne, where residents can enjoy two golf courses, swimming pools, a recreation center, an art center, tennis courts, playing fields, parks, trails and high-speed Internet service.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick front, a brick or stone stoop, Hardiplank siding, professional landscaping and a two- or three-car garage.

The center-island kitchen and breakfast area includes a hearth area with a fireplace and opens onto the family room, which has a corner fireplace and two walls of windows.
