Toll Bros. is building 178 luxury garage town homes at the Meadows at Hurley Ridge in Clarksburg, where residents can enjoy a walking trail and tot lots, along with several local parks and the nearby Milestone Shopping Center.

Each home in this Montgomery County community will include a brick front, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, a large rear deck, privacy fencing, professional landscaping including individual lawn maintenance and a two-car garage.

Inside, all four models feature three finished levels with three bedrooms, 21/2 baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room, 9-foot ceilings on the main and lower levels, vaulted ceilings on the upper level, crown and chair-rail moldings, a marble gas fireplace, 42-inch cabinets in the kitchen, ceramic-tile flooring and tub and shower surrounds in the full baths, a master bath with a tub and separate shower, a lower-level rough-in for a bath, a security system, and gas heat and hot water.

The Bethesda model, with 2,182 square feet, is priced from $426,975. This home features a sunken foyer leading into an open entertaining area with a living room and dining room defined by columns. At the rear of the house are an open family room with a fireplace, a center-island kitchen and a breakfast area with a sliding glass door to the deck.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a bath. The lower level includes a finished recreation room.
