Beazer Homes is building 41 single-family homes on quarter-acre lots at Contee Crossing in Laurel, where residents can enjoy a location near the Laurel Race Course, Patuxent River Park and Patuxent Greens Country Club.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a low-maintenance exterior with 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Brick fronts are optional.

Inside, all three models feature four bedrooms, 21/2 baths, hardwood flooring in the two-story foyer and powder room, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, crown and chair-rail moldings, 42-inch oak cabinets in the center-island kitchen, ceramic-tile flooring in all baths, a master bath with a tub and separate shower, and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,400 finished square feet, with base prices in the mid-$400,000s.

The Chelsea model features a corner library off the foyer with double doors and an optional bay window and a formal living room, which opens to the formal dining room. The kitchen and breakfast area are open to the family room, which has multiple windows and an optional atrium door to the back yard.

Upstairs, the master suite has a volume ceiling, a walk-in closet and a bath with a corner tub, a separate shower and a double-sink vanity. Three more bedrooms, a linen closet, a laundry room and another full bath complete this level.

The lower level can be completed with a recreation room, a den and a full bath.
