Porten Homes is building 75 single-family homes at Prestwick at Kingstowne, where residents can enjoy three community centers, 22 miles of walking trails, swimming pools, tennis courts and volleyball courts.

Each home in this Fairfax County community will include a stone front, vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.
