Bozzuto Homes is building 171 condominium homes at the planned community of Clarksburg in Montgomery County, where residents will be able to enjoy a town center, nature trails, recreation centers and swimming pools.

Each building will feature craftsman-style architecture with stone detailing, private parking, controlled-access lobbies and balconies. The Manor House residences currently for sale are available in three-story buildings.

Inside, all four models feature two bedrooms, two baths, hardwood laminate flooring in the foyer, 9-foot ceilings, long expanses of 6-foot-tall windows, crown and chair-rail moldings, 42-inch oak cabinets and self-cleaning gas ranges in the kitchen, a walk-in closet and private master bath, and gas heat.

The homes have 1,053 to 1,316 finished square feet, with base prices from the mid- to upper $200,000s.

The Bristol model, with 1,228 square feet, includes a foyer entrance into the open dining and living area, a large kitchen, and a deck at the end of the living area.

The master bedroom has windows on two sides, a walk-in closet, a second closet and a private master bath. This home has a second bedroom, a second full bath and a laundry room.

The Clarksburg model, with 1,316 square feet, features a foyer entrance into an open dining and living area with an optional fireplace. This model includes an eat-in kitchen with two large windows, a laundry room off the foyer, and a den with a closet and a wraparound porch.
