Centex Homes is building single-family houses and town homes at Perry Station at River Watch in Indian Head, where residents can enjoy 10 acres of parkland adjacent to the Potomac River. Boardwalks are planned along the river.

Each home in this Charles County community will include a sodded lawn, professional landscaping and a one- or two-car garage.
