U.S. Home Corp. is building 50 single-family houses on 3-acre homesites at Wright Farm in Purcellville, near parks, a swimming center and the Washington & Old Dominion Railroad Regional Park.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick or stone-and-siding front, low-maintenance 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a three-car side-entry garage.

Inside, all three models feature four bedrooms; 3 baths; hardwood flooring in the two-story foyer and kitchen; 9-foot ceilings on the main and lower levels; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch light oak cabinets and Corian counters in the center-island kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring and tub surrounds in all baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; and a three-piece plumbing rough-in for the basement.

The homes have about 3,500 to 4,700 finished square feet, with base prices from $614,990 to $715,990.

The Westminster model, with 4,700 square feet, is priced from $715,990. This home features a two-story foyer with decorative columns defining the formal living room and formal dining room.

Across the back of the home are a corner library with a wall of windows, the main stairs and a sunken two-story family room with decorative columns and a fireplace flanked by windows.

The master suite has a tray ceiling, a bay-windowed sitting area, a walk-in closet, a morning bar and a bath with a tray ceiling. Three more bedrooms, each with a private or connecting bath, complete the second level.
