NVHomes is building 33 Colonial-style single-family homes on half-acre homesites at the Village of Waxpool in Ashburn, where residents can enjoy tree-lined streets with sidewalks.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick front, a brick stoop, 61/2-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car side-entry garage.

This home features a two-story foyer leading into a central gallery, a two-story family room with a coffered ceiling and a wall of windows, decorative columns, a formal living room, a formal dining room, and a corner study. The center-island kitchen is adjacent to a rear staircase, breakfast area with walls of windows, a butler’s pantry, a mudroom with a seat and closet, and a laundry room.
