NVHomes is building 33 Colonial-style single-family homes on half-acre homesites at the Village of Waxpool in Ashburn, where residents can enjoy tree-lined streets with sidewalks.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick front, a brick stoop, 61/2-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car side-entry garage.

Inside, all eight models feature four bedrooms; two to four full baths and one half bath; hardwood flooring in the foyer, powder room and kitchen; oak stairs; 9-foot ceilings on all three levels; tray, cathedral and coffered ceilings; crown moldings; a gas fireplace with a marble surround; 42-inch cabinets, Solaris solid-surface counters and upgraded appliances in the center-island kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring and tub and shower surrounds; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a high-tech wiring package; and gas heat and hot water.

The Monticello model, with 5,000 square feet, is priced from $977,900. This home features a two-story foyer leading into a central gallery, a two-story family room with a coffered ceiling and a wall of windows, decorative columns, a formal living room, a formal dining room, and a corner study. The center-island kitchen is adjacent to a rear staircase, breakfast area with walls of windows, a butler’s pantry, a mudroom with a seat and closet, and a laundry room.
