Mid-Atlantic Builders is building more than 100 single-family homes on quarter-acre homesites at Beechtree in Upper Marlboro, where planned amenities include a golf course, a 30-acre lake, more than 600 acres of open space, a swimming pool, tennis courts, a clubhouse and walking trails.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, a brick stoop, 61/2-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all seven models feature four bedrooms, two or three full baths and one half bath, hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, crown and chair-rail moldings, oak stairs, a gas fireplace with a marble surround, 42-inch oak raised-panel cabinets and Corian counters in the center-island kitchen, a master bath with a tub and separate shower, a structured wiring package, a three-piece plumbing rough-in, and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 3,017 to 3,727 finished square feet, with base prices from $548,990 to $605,990.

The Monticello model, with 3,602 square feet, is priced from $583,990. This home features a foyer with a tray ceiling leading to a central two-story gallery with a staircase, a study, a formal living room and formal dining room with columns, a powder room, and a laundry room near the garage. The expansive two-story family room has a wall of windows including a Palladian window, with an adjacent breakfast room and center island kitchen.
