Beazer Homes is building 40 single-family homes in the Sky Meadows neighborhood in Brambleton, where residents will be able to enjoy a town center, swimming pool, tennis courts, trails, playing fields and a golf course. Lot size is about a quarter-acre.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick or stone skirt on four sides, 61/2-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

This home features two front porches, a two-story foyer, a study, formal living and dining rooms, a step-down family room with two walls of windows, and a center-island kitchen and breakfast area with an adjacent laundry room leading into the garage.

Upstairs, the master suite has a tray ceiling; a separate sitting room; two walk-in closets; and a bath with a tub, a separate shower and two separate sinks. Two more bedrooms share a connecting bath, and the fourth bedroom has a private bath.
