Caruso Homes is building 60 single-family homes on quarter-acre homesites at Wilshire Estates in Laurel, where residents can enjoy plenty of open spaces and cul-de-sac home locations.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a Colonial- or neotraditional-style exterior with a brick front, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding and a two-car garage.

Inside, all six models feature four bedrooms, two or three full baths and one or two half baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer, crown and chair-rail moldings, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, a gas fireplace, 42-inch cabinets and double wall ovens in the center-island kitchen, a master bath with a tub and separate shower, a three-piece plumbing rough-in, and dual-zone gas heat.

The homes have about 2,725 to 4,500 finished square feet, with base prices from the mid-$500,000s.

The Westminster model, with 3,300 square feet, is priced from the mid-$500,000s. This home features a two-story foyer, a library, a formal living and formal dining room with optional columns, tray ceilings and bay windows, and a central kitchen and breakfast area with a pantry and desk. This level also has a step-down family room, a powder room and a laundry room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room; a sitting area in the bedroom; two walk-in closets; and a luxury bath with a tub, a separate glass-block shower and two separate sinks. Three more bedrooms share a hall bath.
