Richmond American Homes is building 59 single-family homes on quarter-acre to third-acre lots at Morlyn Hills at Meadow Branch in Winchester, near Apple Blossom Mall and the Winchester Country Club.

Each home in this Frederick County community will include brick on three sides, a brick stoop, 6-inch vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all six models feature four or five bedrooms; two or three full baths and one half bath; hardwood flooring in the two-story foyer, kitchen and living and dining rooms; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; 42-inch cabinets and Corian counters in the center-island kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring and tub and shower surrounds; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a high-tech wiring package; a three-piece plumbing rough-in; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 3,063 to 4,292 finished square feet, with base prices from $447,900 to $530,990.

The Monticello model, with 3,289 square feet, is priced from $477,900. This home features a two-story foyer, a formal living room and formal dining room, a library, a powder room, a center-island kitchen and breakfast area, and a family room with a gas fireplace.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room; a double-size walk-in closet; and a luxury bath with a soaking tub, a separate shower and two separate sinks. This level includes two more bedrooms that share a hall bath, a laundry room and a fourth bedroom with a private bath.
