Mitchell & Best is building 45 single-family homes on sites of a third-acre to a half-acre at Oak Creek in Upper Marlboro, where residents can enjoy an 18-hole golf course, a clubhouse, swimming pools, tennis courts, a putting green, parks and lakes, and concierge services.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include James Hardie fiber cement siding, a brick or stone stoop, a sodded lawn and a two- or three-car side-entry garage. Brick or stone facades are optional.

The Westport II model, with 4,603 square feet, is priced from $729,900. This home features a two-story foyer, a study, a formal living room, a formal dining room, an expansive center-island kitchen and breakfast room with a rear staircase and a walk-in pantry, a covered rear porch, and a family room with walls of windows on two sides. Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room, a bedroom with walls of windows, two walk-in closets and a bath.
