Each home in this Loudoun County community will include maintenance-free six-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, both models feature four bedrooms, 2 baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room, 8- or 9-foot ceilings on all three levels, a fireplace, 42-inch raised-panel oak cabinets and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen, a master bath with a tub and separate shower, a high-tech wiring package, and dual-zone gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,516 to 2,818 finished square feet, with base prices from $550,990 to $575,990.

The Oakhurst model, with 2,818 square feet, is priced from $575,990. This home features a step-down living room with a knee wall and arches opening into the formal dining room. At the back of the house are a center-island kitchen with a breakfast area, two pantries and a step-down family room with a fireplace. This level can be expanded with a library and a sunroom.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate step-down sitting room with a window seat in a box bay window; a wall of windows in the bedroom; two walk-in closets; and a bath with a tub, a separate shower with a seat and a double-sink vanity.
