Patriot Homes is building 22 Colonial-style single-family homes on quarter-acre homesites at Simmons Grove in Haymarket, where residents can enjoy a location near the Bull Run Country Club, Nissan Pavilion at Stone Ridge and the James Long Regional Park.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include vinyl siding, poured-concrete foundation walls with brick pattern and a two-car side-entry garage. Brick or stone fronts are optional.

Inside, all seven models feature four bedrooms, two full baths and one half bath, oak hardwood flooring in the foyer, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, 42-inch oak cabinets in the center-island kitchen, ceramic-tile tub and shower surrounds, a master bath with a tub and separate shower, a three-piece plumbing rough-in, and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,523 to 3,110 finished square feet, with base prices from $559,900 to $586,900.

The Victory model, with 2,523 square feet, is priced from $566,900. This home features a foyer with a central staircase, a step-down to a formal living room, a formal dining room with columns, a corner study with an adjacent powder room, and a two-story family room with columns and optional skylights.

This floor plan can be modified with a first-floor master suite in place of the study and powder room. Upstairs, the master suite has a cathedral ceiling, a walk-in closet and a bath with a corner tub, a separate shower and two separate sinks.
