Masonry Homes is building 18 single-family homes on quarter-acre homesites at West Winds in New Market, where residents can enjoy four lakes with beaches as well as swimming pools, tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts, miles of trails, and the West Winds Golf Course.

This home features a two-story foyer, a formal living room, a formal dining room, a central kitchen with a breakfast area and pantry, and a step-down family room. This level also has a powder room and a laundry room with a closet and access to the garage.
