Ryan Homes is building 13 estate homes on 2- to 8-acre homesites at Mansfield Estates in Upper Marlboro, located adjacent to parkland near the Patuxent River.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, a brick stoop, beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a side-entry two-car garage. Three-car garages are optional.

Inside, each of the seven models features four bedrooms; two or 3 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer, kitchen, laundry room and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets, recessed lights and Corian counters in the center-island kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring and tub and shower surrounds; and a master bath with a tub and separate shower.

The homes have about 2,400 to 3,900 finished square feet, with base prices from $567,900 to $662,900.

The Balmoral model, with 3,900 square feet, is priced from $662,900. This home features a two-story foyer that opens onto an elegant split staircase, plus a formal living room, a formal dining room and a private study.

At the back of the home is a two-story family room with a wall of windows and an open breakfast area and kitchen with a pantry and a butler’s pantry. A family foyer between the garage and the laundry room includes a closet and bench.

Upstairs, the master suite has a tray ceiling; two walk-in closets; and a bath with a tub, a separate shower and two vanities. Three more bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet and a connecting or private full bath, complete this level.
