Inside, all three models feature three finished levels with three bedrooms, 2 baths, ceramic-tile flooring in the foyer, 9-foot ceilings on the main and lower levels, crown moldings, a gas fireplace, 42-inch cabinets and a pantry in the kitchen, ceramic-tile flooring and tub and shower surrounds in all baths, a finished recreation room on the lower level, high-tech wiring, and gas heat.

The homes have about 1,980 to 2,460 finished square feet, with base prices from the $400,000s.

The Foxhall model, with 2,046 square feet, priced from the $400,000s, features a midlevel entry into the foyer; a formal living room with multiple windows; a formal dining room with columns; a powder room; and a family room open to the kitchen, which has a built-in desk and a pantry.

The lower level has a recreation room with a fireplace.
