Woodside Communities is building 29 single-family homes on 10,500- to 29,000-square-foot homesites at Dominion Estates in Gainesville, near the Freedom Aquatic and Fitness Center, several golf courses and commuter routes.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include vinyl siding, professional landscaping, post and coach lights in a fieldstone finish, and a two-car garage. Brick fronts are optional.

Inside, both models feature four bedrooms; two or three full baths and one half bath; hardwood flooring in the foyer, kitchen and breakfast area; 9-foot ceilings on the main and lower level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; maple cabinets, granite counters and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring in all baths; a master bath with two vanities with maple cabinets, a tub and separate shower; a high-tech wiring package; a plumbing rough-in; dual-zone gas heat; and gas hot water.

The homes have 3,409 to 3,873 finished square feet, with base prices from $599,950 to $625,950.

The Berkshire model, with 3,409 square feet, is priced from $599,950. This home features a two-story foyer flanked by the living room and dining room; an octagonal family room with walls of windows and a fireplace; a center-island kitchen with a pantry, desk and bay-windowed breakfast nook; and a laundry room/mudroom. The first-floor library can be converted to a bedroom.

Upstairs, the master suite has an octagonal step-up bedroom, two walk-in closets and a bath.

Three more bedrooms share a hall bath with two separate sinks.
