Lennar is building 184 garage town houses with three finished levels at Braemar in Bristow, where residents can enjoy two clubhouses, pools with fountains, tennis courts, soccer and baseball fields, a park, trails and meadows.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a sodded front lawn and a two-car garage.

Inside, both models feature three bedrooms, 31/2 baths, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, oak kitchen cabinets, a finished recreation room on the lower level and gas heat.

The homes have about 1,800 to 1,975 finished square feet, with base prices from $375,990 to $394,990.

The Braddock model, an end unit with 1,975 square feet, is priced from $394,990. This home features a lower-level foyer entrance that leads into the recreation room. Nearby are a full bath, a utility room and an entrance to the two-car garage, which has a storage area.

The main level, reached by an open-rail staircase, has a spacious great room for living and dining, with multiple windows and an optional one-sided gas fireplace. A two-sided gas fireplace can be placed in the center of the room.

Across the back of the house are the kitchen and breakfast area, which includes a window seat with three windows. A powder room completes this level.

Upstairs, the master suite has a window seat with three windows, a walk-in closet and a second closet, and a private bath with a double-sink vanity.
