CarrHomes Inc. is building seven single-family homes on quarter-acre to third-acre wooded homesites at Chestnut Hill in Falls Church, where the builder is including a free finished recreation room or sunroom for a limited time.

Each home in this Fairfax County community will have brick on three sides, 6-inch beaded siding, shutters, a brick front walk, a brick stoop and steps, and a two- or three-car garage.

Inside, all four models feature four bedrooms; 3 baths; hardwood flooring in the two-story foyer, library, gallery, living room, dining room, powder room, kitchen and breakfast room; 9-foot ceilings on all three levels; crown and chair-rail moldings; French doors with transoms; coffered ceilings in the master bedroom; a gas fireplace with a marble surround; ceramic tile flooring in full baths; and 42-inch cabinets and stainless-steel appliances in the center-island kitchen.

The homes have 3,584 to 4,028 finished square feet, with base prices from $1,400,000 to $1,485,000.

The Oakton model, with 4,028 square feet, is priced from $1,485,000. This home features formal living and dining rooms off the foyer, a corner library with French doors, and a family room with a two-sided fireplace linking the room with the breakfast area. This level has a butler’s pantry and a walk-in pantry between the garage and laundry room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room, two walk-in closets, a dressing room and a bath.

Two more bedrooms share a connecting bath, and the fourth bedroom has a private bath.
