Patriot Homes is building 73 single-family homes on quarter-acre to half-acre homesites at Seneca Ridge in Hagerstown, where residents can enjoy local amenities such as a swimming pool, an ice-skating and sports complex and a municipal golf course.

Each home in this Washington County community will include poured-concrete foundation walls painted to match the siding, a lamp post, and a two-car garage. Brick fronts are optional.

Inside, all 11 models feature four bedrooms; 21/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the two-story foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; 42-inch oak cabinets in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; and a three-piece plumbing rough-in for the lower level.

The homes have 2,021 to 3,254 finished square feet, with base prices from $371,900 to $449,900.

The Molly Pitcher model, with 2,702 square feet, is priced from $411,900. This home features a two-story foyer with columns, a formal living room, a formal dining room, a central staircase to the upper and lower levels, and a corner library with an adjacent powder room. The center-island kitchen and breakfast area include a pantry and a sliding glass door and are open to the family room.

The first floor can be altered with a first-floor master suite with a walk-in closet and bath, eliminating the library.

Upstairs in the standard plan, the master suite has a step-up from the sitting room, a cathedral ceiling, two walk-in closets and a bath. An alternate floor plan expands the bath and eliminates the sitting room. Three more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.
